I'm Lai Po Shu. Today I lead the development of a next-generation HIS at Yuan Rung Healthcare.

At 18, I dropped out of school and co-founded Asce Fashion with my closest friends. Within three years we grew it past NT$100M in revenue.

Healthcare came later — Yuan Rung is where a new chapter of learning begins. Unlike my first venture, this time I want to capture the entire process through writing.
